Joseph Wisniewski brings over a decade of experience in finance, working with companies across a diverse range of industries spanning healthcare, business services, consumer, distribution, and industrials. His career includes roles at leading firms such as Intrepid Investment Bankers (a division of the largest bank in Japan, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group), Provident Healthcare Partners, Fidelity Investments, and Collette. Over the course of his career, Joe has raised over $425 million in equity and debt financing and advised on over $2 billion in total transaction value, supporting both entrepreneur-led and institutionally-backed businesses in achieving their strategic goals.

Joe has a deep passion for working with small businesses and entrepreneurs, where he thrives on being in the trenches alongside founders. This hands-on approach was shaped by his early entrepreneurial ventures, including a childhood road-side baseball card resale business and later a successful music school offering piano and guitar lessons. His entrepreneurial drive continues to fuel his work today, focusing on investing in and growing middle market enterprises.

In addition, Joe is an active multi-family real estate investor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, with dual majors in Finance and Mandarin Chinese. Outside of work, Joe is an avid reader, traveler, and cyclist, who enjoys exploring new cultures through music, food, and literature.
